My shipment was delayed without letting me know the items were not in stock. I first received a gift with a tracking number and then about a week later I received my 26 alphabet lore plushy with a second tracking number and lots of messages to the seller. These items are fantastic! They are made really well and even with the delay in shipment the seller made it right. I didn’t realize it was a Chinese holiday and many shops go on vacation. I am very happy with this shop and their products.
