Buongiorno, l'ordine è stato da lei effettuato venerdì 29 marzo alle ore 15.09, quindi dopo il tempo utile che fossero spediti lo stesso giorno, l'ordine è quindi partito il giorno martedì 2 aprile perché lunedì in Italia era Pasquetta e le sono stati consegnati giovedì 4 aprile. Ecco spiegato l'inspiegabile.
