I don't where to begin with this Buyer. Her package was lost by usps. I did everything in my power to help her locate her package by filing a claim. Kept her updated and buyer demands refund without following ebays policies. Continued ask for refund with any resolutions. Said I didn't care about my feedback, which is a threat. I told her open a claim which is proper way of getting refunded. She continues to say karma will get me & after excersing all options, I refunded her through claim. Awful!

Item as described. Unfortunately shipping took way too long (12 days) and so they weren’t received in time for the intended purpose. Also package was damaged causing a stain on the garment. I hope it comes out in the wash.
