The illustration shows the tubing on a roll. The seller or shipper wound 8 feet of tubing into a tight ball so it would fit in a 3 1/4 in square box. The tubing is kinked every inch and a half or so and has taken a set. Did the same with larger tubing in a 3 1/4 x 6 in box. That tubing is also kinked...... Also the item was ordered on the 28 of April. It arrived today, the 17th of May Add stated 4-7 days....... Took 18 days. NOT HAPPY
