Goods arrived damaged. There were no spares available to replace the damaged part. Item is being returned and full refund requested.
We were offered a discount, but we wanted an item that was advertised as new not repaired. The seller was responsive, but is just a representative of a foreign company who clearly have a poor quality assurance process. The seller could only offer solutions dictated by the manufacturer.
