A portion of the order was damaged in transit. The seller was asked to file a claim but did not do so. The description of the machine said it was in working order; however, the machine would not feed fabric because of worn out feed dogs. Note--I was unable to file a claim because I had placed the packing material outside of my home (they were covered in dog hair) and had been hauled away.
