Item by picture appears to be a Babybliss flat iron. A knock off for sure. Doesn’t grab hold of hair properly. Returns are at your cost too. FYI, you get what you pay for. The entire Iron was made with cheaper materials. Packaging also mirrors the Babyliss Iron. They shouldn’t be able to mess with another company’s brand. It’s not a Babyliss Iron, however they’re tricking you by resembling the Babyliss.
