When I received the vçr I tested it and found that the vçr part worked but not the dvd part. Eventually I was able to open the dvd compartment and found a small pink plastic boot. I would find it hard to believe that the seller was not aware of this problem. When I contacted the seller, he told me that he would refund the entire amount if I sent the product back, but only $10 if I didn't. I suspect that if I had sent the product back the seller would try to sell it to another unsuspecting buyer
