While not the fault of the seller, my book arrived damaged. The problem is that most carriers do not treat their packages very carefully. and putting a paperback book in a media mail pouch it basically becomes a coin flip as to whether or not the book will arrive in good condition. I would recommend a cardboard container, which would have a much more rigid structure than the soft media mail packages normally used. I see this pretty much across the board with all package carriers.
