Very disappointed. We were charged for the item. Some time passed after it said it had shipped, but no tracking number. Ebay shared that they believe the seller never sent the item since no ebay shipping label was ever made. I attempted to reach the seller three times to ask for tracking number or any type of response. We will not purchase from this seller again and suggest for others to purchase with caution if using this seller. It's not fun to tell a kiddo they aren't getting their gift.
