The buyer was offered a full refund but refused and wouldn't return the item for a full refund, He wanted virtually a full refund and to keep the item which is not how it works I'm afraid. I have reported the buyer to eBay for breaching the rules and forwarded a copy of the messages he sent demanding the item and money or else he was going to slag me off on here. BAD BUYER AVOID !!!!!
