Now, this collection of 12 videos brings these under-recognized rappers to the public; filmed between 1992 to 1999, the selection includes Mac Dre's "California Livin'," Mac Mall's "Wide Open" and "Sic Wit Tis," Dubee's "My Thang," and Young Lay's "All About My $fetti." Tupac Shakur directed and co-starred in Mac Mall's "Ghetto Theme," and directed Ray Luv's "Last Nite." Behind-the-scenes footage and a trailer for the Y.B.B. documentary further fleshes out this portrait of a real underground success story.
