Unfortunately the mug set never arrived. It was due to be delivered on 19Apr2024 (max) however I never received it and neither did the seller contact me to inform me of a possible issue with the product/package or something.
The package was also sent without a tracking number so I had to inconvenience family members to try and be at home during the estimated arrival dates/period in vain. Overall a bad experience and makes me doubt if the product I purchased was ever sent.
