I requested a return of this item, the battery was not holding a charge. A QR code was generated and I took the defective item to the Post Office. They generated a shipping label and it was off. The Post Office tracking number is 9302 2205 8560 0181 3468 65, schedule to arrive at the sender today, 5/17. In checking the Post Office tracking I learned the package is being returned to me, 'could not be delivered as addressed'. Please help
