Product had leaked out somehow. Not a whole lot but enough to make a difference next to a full bottle. Expensive product to lose any. Not sure if it was actually new now I look at it. I hate leaving negative reviews so I would suggest they secure the bottle in a wrapping and make sure the lid is on. Idk. It smells wonderful tho.
