The item arrived warped and missing components. I contacted the seller, and they offered either to return the item for an exchange or refund. I informed the seller that returning the item would cost me more than the item is worth. I informed them that since I needed the item right now, I would try using butyl tape and would be drilling extra holes in order to compensate for the warping. The seller did not even offer to compensate me for the extra expense but only thanked me for my understanding.
