I paid for item instantly.
Item due to arrive by 13th Sept.
Seller said he has to cancel sale because Australian customs are a problem for him recently.
User doesn’t officially cancel order through eBay but still holds my payment.
I send 3 polite emails requesting refund due to seller cancelling.
Seller will not respond at all to emails.
Ebay “help” runs you in circles with articles to read but with no actual help provided.
EBay plus money back guarantee appears worthless.
Do not trust seller.
