The guitar feels and plays like a toy. Maybe if you are an ultra-beginner, like day 1 12yo you wont know any different, but musicians will definitely be unhappy. Their cust svc was ok though. Not great, but ok.

To be fair I've only had this little amp for a few days and have only been able to check it out for a few minutes. Clean channel sounds really good, gain channel seems kinda mild for me and both seem really low volume through my headphones. Goin to try some other headsets and a few other things and update review. Amp is in excellent condition and packaged very well.
