First the seller didn't pay the correct postage for the item to be delivered and I had to pay an extra £4.70 on top of the £5.99 already paid to receive it. Then the inverter didn't work.. showed a constant fault, also sold as new but has scratches on top and underneath the unit plus the DC terminals are slightly bent.

First delivery was completely wrong. Wrong item arrived, however I contacted seller and said it was a mistake on orders. He then immediately set the proper order up and it was delivered on time this morning. No complaints, the seller reacted straight away and it was sorted out.
