Your bonnet was fully wrapped when it left our business premises. For whatever reason, Shipley must of opened it. The obvious culprit here is Shipley, who have damaged your bonnet. Why leave us negative feedback? We did all we possibly could. Next time, try collecting an item in person, which was strenuously advised to you before purchase.
