canvas western vest. arrived nice condition. it was listed as pre owned but was in slmost new like condition. only issue thread on top button broken and button is falling off. otherwise good shape. now to best offer. they did not adere to best offer. so what is the point in making best offer to just get rejected. sellers should not be allowed to say best offer then not adhere to it. atleast better than chinese dealers that has flooded e bay. overall good transaction

As far as best offer: I list best offer 1st when the item is NOT on sale. After awhile I may put items on sale. Ebay does not give us the option of removing best offer while listing a sale. Therefore,best offer stays on the listing.Most buyers understand this as they are getting an item cheaper than the list price & most of the time my items includes FREE SHIP.Getting an offer that is significantly lower than the on sale price is something a seller should always have the option of rejecting.
