Item wasn't shipped on time. Had to give the seller a reminder. Claims that the post office forgot to scan multiple of his items but the tracking said USPS waiting to receive item. The day that I message the seller is when the seller went to the post office and dropped off the item because the tracking was updated immediately. I don't think a post office would hold on to an item just because it's not scanned. I requested a refund and I got a refund from eBay instead.
