THE CONTRACT FOR SALE

The contract for sale is formed when we ship the goods (or for goods which are collected, when they are taken away after inspection by the buyer or his agent). Where we act as an agent for the owner of the lot, the contract for sale is made of two parts. The first part is made directly with us for the postage and marketplace fees for the lot. In all cases, the fact that we are acting as a selling agent does not affect your statutory rights. For the purposes of payment and any claims and refunds, buyers may treat the sale as if it were made with us.
