le jeu était emballé dans une enveloppe a bulle comme je fais depuis toujours. Cependant il est vrai que parfois mondial relay fait n'importe quoi. Il est arrivé chez vous avec une petite cassure sur le boitier. C'est bien pourquoi je vous ai proposé de vous renvoyer un nouveau boitier a mes frais pour essayer de réparer leur bêtise.
Je trouve ca assez injuste de me sanctionner pour une erreur de leur part
