Rare CD arrived safely, but at a 125% markup from the third-party marketplace listing from which the seller purchased it to fulfill my order (and whose images were "borrowed"). Be aware that many Japanese eBay sellers list items for sale here that are not yet in their ownership nor possession, which are then purchased (if still available) from the third party once you pay. I could have just saved ~$75 with a little prior research, and gotten the item faster -- seller took two weeks to ship.
