Unusual experience no reflection on the seller . Ebays flippy floppy system are to blame for not informing the buyer about making an offer on an item with an available discount code.

The customer remembered a day after their purchase that they had a discount code. I tried to inform them several times that once an offer is sent and accepted, the discount code cannot be used. However, someone from eBay told them otherwise.
And he demanded a 17% discount or cancel the order The customer claimed this until I showed him the official rules for coupon use on eBay. After that,he change his mind and start blaming ebay for false information .Cancel the order as their requested
