The seller may want to change to description to not say "Waterproof", because the rubber flap that goes over the USB-C port does not provide a waterproof seal. It is just a flap that sits loosely over the port, but it does not insert into a rubber opening, to create an actual seal. It's just a loose flap, like the flap over a pocket on a shirt. The lights seem to work adequately, but I would not use this headband light in the rain, unless you wear it with the USB port on the bottom.
