What make you think I wasn't shipped your item at all? When u reported the problem I was agree with you immediately: within the period you definitely should recieve it. I also handled your issue fast! I apologized (for the post office mistake- we all know this could happen- altough I picked the option for shipping:economy - in Hungary we don't get a tracking number unfortunately for economy shipping).
