First off, let me apologize, sincerely. I have been very ill and battling an unknown issue for almost two years know that causes me to spin, and I am down for about 8 days a month. Not an excuse but explaining. Second, I did not charge your card, Ebay charged your card. My ebay shows that I owed so I assumed they issued refund already.
