Seller two orders in row sent wrong EU size shirts. Instead of cooperation Seller tried to defend his actions by claiming he sent US size. Ebay selection is not US sizes. Seller and Buyer both are not from US. For US size explicit size marking should be used during eBay ordering process. Otherwise default size type is EU. This is typical deception attempt to put responsibility for faulty shipment on a Buyer. Even with return option - I already lost money and time. Consider avoiding this Seller.
