Shipping took forever. More than 10 days just to ship out. Reached out to seller for update and never received a response. Would not buy from seller again.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the USPS and how long the item takes to arrive once we've shipped it. We ship every day at 12pm and if you check the order details, you'll see that we shipped the item the very next morning after your purchase. It appears the item was rerouted from New Jersey, then to Texas, and then back to New Jersey. We're unaware of why that is and are completely unable to control such events. We appreciate the feedback, though. :)
