The item didn't come as described. Bought a camcorder Sony HDR-SR11 that was allegedly in good conditions (having no operational issues) but when arrived the internal haddrive disk was broken. The only way to fix this now is to buy another one harddrive disk and mount it myself by dismanteling the whole camera. Extremely disapointed at this purchase.
