Please note that I am not an 'actual' company, business or legal entity. I wish to disclose that, to comply with all legislation and to be forthcoming. The reason that the account states 'business seller' is purely because eBay messaged me stating "our records show that you need to upgrade to a business account... upgrade... to avoid selling restrictions". These restrictions would presumably mean I cannot sell at all. I operate by posting daily Monday to Friday. We have a one day handling time and use a service which takes about three days. If you see eBay estimate delivery as if it is confirmed on a specific date it is false, and if the estimate is sooner than about four days minimum it is incorrect. I answer correspondence as I can via eBay. This does not necessarily include low ball offers or messages like 'best price' There is no premises to visit or phone number or staff. If there is a return, you will be provided with details then. Thanks
