Item did not arrive. Contact made when it was clear the item wasn’t going to be received in time and I asked for a refund, which was refused because the seller maintained it was en route. Few weeks later they said they would resend, but gave no tracking info for this either leading to me having to raise a dispute with eBay to get a refund a month later.
