The item was delivered with damage (katana handle broken off) so I asked how we could proceed and was offered a 5$ refund be cause it was just “minor damage”. I refused and asked to return item which was approved by seller but when I asked about it, seller said that that was in error and didn’t mean to approve a return. “ I don’t except returns” I was told and if I paid shipping to return it I’d be refunded. No that’s not how it worksSo I will be letting eBay decide whether I will be refunded.

It is very unfortunate that the item was reportedly damaged in transit. I have contacted the seller and let them know while I don't typically have a return policy I was willing to compensate them over 50% off for the minor damage so they could keep the item. The buyer refused all attempts at a compromise. Please know I take requests seriously and try to accommodate them within reason and eBay policy. In future if you are ever in doubt please contact me respectfully and we can work it out!
