It is made of a sheer white cotton fabric with black embroidered tiny Swiss dots polka dots, pleated pintucks and black Chantilly lace trim edging decorative design details. This beautiful black and white long floor length dress has a pouter pigeon bodice top, with a high neck collar, gathered puffed shoulders with long full sleeves, fitted cuffs, a very full skirt with a slight back train, layered lace ruffle flounce bottom, hook closures down the back and is lined only in the bodice with stays, boning sewn inside. The dress measures 55 inches long in the front, 60 inches long in the back, with a 36 inch chest, 26 inch waist, 52 inch hips, 24 inch long sleeves, a 13 inch back and 12 inch neck. It is in good as-is condition, with some alterations, fraying of the black lace trim in several areas, has not been cleaned with a faint yellow stain on the front top, skirt and a few h”
