Seller sent me an empty bit of bubble wrap at first I thought is was the cheap courier he used but the response I had from him makes me think it was him that did this

We did not send the empty bubble wrap. We sent the mats in an excellent condition and properly packed but the buyer wrote to us that the package was empty and he sent us the photos where it was obvious that the bubble wrap wasn’t empty. However, we refunded him the full amount because we couldn’t prove that it wasn’t empty. We don’t deserve this feedback!
