Sorry to report we've returned this small plush toy with a side zip exposing loose kapok-type filling. We would not recommend for children. Communication has been VERY GOOD; this may be a new start-up who just need more experience of global marketing. Certainly should not have been marketed as Squishmallow; the photo is misleading also, suggesting a much larger item. It is a cute little overpriced cushion.
