3 - Wenn das Material in Art oder Menge nicht mit dem in Ihrer Rechnung angegebenen übereinstimmt, wird die Rücksendung nur akzeptiert, wenn der Kunde innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Lieferung einen entsprechenden Anspruch geltend gemacht hat (Art. 71 des Gesetzes 3/2014 vom 27. März zur Änderung des konsolidierten Textes des Allgemeinen Gesetzes zum Schutz von Verbrauchern und Nutzern und anderer ergänzender Gesetze, genehmigt durch das Königliche Dekret 1/2007 vom 16. Falsches Teil

Wenn der Fehler Desguaces J.M Balaguer zuzuschreiben ist: Gleiche Behandlung wie bei einem defekten Teil.

Wenn der Fehler dem Kunden zuzuschreiben ist: Es erfolgt keine Rückerstattung. Es wird ein Gutschein für einen weiteren Einkauf ausgestellt, wobei 10 % für Verpackungs- und Manipulationskosten abgezogen werden, mit einem Mindestbetrag von 10 €.

Bei möglichen Kompatibilitäten zwischen verschiedenen Ersatzteilen übernimmt Desguaces J.M Balaguer keine Verantwortung und hat kein Wissen darüber. Der Käufer muss immer überprüfen, ob das erworbene Teil für sein Fahrzeug geeignet ist. Andernfalls muss er die Versand-, Verpackungs- und Manipulationskosten von 10 % mit einem Mindestbetrag von 10 € übernehmen.

Rückerstattung des Kaufs

Im Falle einer Rücksendung trägt der Verbraucher alle Versand- und Verwaltungskosten. Die Rückerstattung erfolgt auf die gleiche Weise wie die ursprüngliche Zahlung, außer wenn die Zahlung bar auf unser Bankkonto eingegangen ist. In diesem Fall erfolgt die Rückerstattung per Banküberweisung. Der entsprechende Betrag wird innerhalb von maximal dreißig Tagen nach Erhalt der zurückgesandten Ware erstattet.
