This was shipped more than a week after it was ordered. It comes from far away and took a long time to be delivered. When it was delivered, it was missing the bottom bracket which I paid for. When I contacted them, the understanding was poor. It took many messages to clarify my issue and even then, the bottom bracket was not shipped.
