Second observation, I certainly got my money"s worth in bubble-wrap. The ratchet was a bonus.
To the seller: these ratchets are as close to indestructible as you can get.
In an envelope with just one layer of the bubble and you're good to go. Maybe save a buck also.
Some TLC is on the agenda but should clean-up nicely. Thanx for a great deal. KJ
