Scarf was not in any packaging and it looked as if it had been used. It did have a tag on it but it did not look new at all. I will keep the item and hopefully wash it. I did not contact the seller on this item to get a refund due to my timing of needing to use it.

This scarf was BRAND NEW! There was absolutely no mention that it came in any sort of packaging! IT WAS BRAND NEW WITH TAG AND NEVER WORN!! The fact that this buyer thought it didn’t look new sounds like a problem with the buyer! What is wrong with people these days—-this person is clearly NOT a normal person and I suggest blocking her and never selling to her!
