I ordered 2 rings and had a two week delivery time from date of order. 4 weeks later, I contacted the seller. They explained that they had a death in the family and were sending it out. I accepted that and didn't cast judgement. Two weeks later, still no rings. I contacted again. Was told that they would be here any day. 2 days later, I received a package that contained one ring. I contacted seller and they said that they sent both rings in same envelope and offered no help in resolving.
