Seller accurately listed the issues with the system in the listings title, system came in it's original box, plus was inside of another larger box, with bubble wrap, and some supportive rolls of thick cardboard that gave it the best structural integrity during shipping I've ever seen in my life, the issue of the clicking I also diagnosed to be a combination of the CD laser, DVD laser, and the drive's factory adjustments were no longed adequate for the drive.
