Product arrived on time and was new and original Sunsetter equipment. However, no fault to the seller, the grommet holes for the awning were in different places from the original I had installed. The grommet holes weren't even evenly spaced. Some were 23" apart, others were as far as 26" apart. Had to drill all new holes in my house to mount this. Again, not the seller's fault, but the manufacturer's.
