Well it was great however, even though they were nice, clean and neat. They arrived quickly. But they don't fit the size in the boot says 9 1/2 men's, I can't even get my foot into the boot, I am a size 9 1/2. The boots must be mislabeled. My daughter can put her foot right into them. You don't accept returns so next time you need to check the boots or shoes and make sure they are what they say they are that is all good day, Dave
