The disc itself for the game is very scratched up but not so scratched I can't play which I took a risk on because there wasn't a picture of the other side of the disc in the listing originally . The case itself is in decent enough condition and includes all that was mentioned in the listing. The important thing is the game works, just wish it was mentioned that it was scratched up and listing.
