The hat is made of a black silk gold, silver metallic lame fabric with a woven abstract floral petal leaf pattern design and blue velvet trim accents. This fabulous flapper cloche hat has a form fitting skull cap style, with a ruffle front brim edged underneath in blue velvet, a large fanned blue velvet side trim with decorative gold brass metal buckle accent and is unlined. The hat is a large size measuring 24 inches inside circumference. It is in good condition, with only a few frayed gold threads. This is truly an amazing piece of wearable Art Deco millinery art.”
