I received my item fast and the seller was easy to deal with. The package was damaged in multiple places. My item was shipped in an old Roya Doulton box and the bottom and sides of the box was pushed in and torn, Maybe a sturdier box would have been better. My item was wrapped well so there was no damage. The shipping cost was a bit of an eye opener, but a lot of sellers raise that price a bit.

The Item was shipped in a perfectly clean and undamaged Box. Plus, I had the USPS put a Fragile Sticker and told them it was Fragile. What the USPS does to a Box during their Shipping is not the Seller's responsibility or fault. I made sure the Box was perfect & marked Fragile. Also, the Cost was $14 to Ship to you. So the price of $20 Shipping Cost was not a reach at all. Your Comments are unwarranted and unfair to be honest. Take it up with USPS.
