Ordered and paid 5/19. Messaged 5/23 regarding shipping info. No response, however 3 hours later the label was created. Only arrived at FedEx 5/28 afternoon. A normal 2 to 3 day FedEx shipment took 12 calendar days (9 shipping days) to receive. Fully expected it within a week. Late present! 4 days to process and ship and 5 days for pickup, not again!
